Dr. Stymie’s research suggests that productive meetings require a clear purpose, focused discussion, actual decisions, and the rarest scientific discovery of all: ending on time.

Side effects of proper Meetingology may include shorter meetings, fewer follow-up meetings about previous meetings, completed action items, and participants who remember why they were invited in the first place.
